Email to account was lost and need to recover
- - Lost access to an old EA email and 2FA is enabled.
- - I have repeatedly tried to contact support but am frustrated.

Had an old email for EA that I lost access to. I honestly dont know how 2FA was enabled but it was and I dont even know if the email was made by me to begin with as its a temporary email.
I have tried again and again to contact some sort of support but these people DONT KNOW *** ABOUT ANYTHING.
Obviously Im not mad at the poor volunteers at EA support as they probably dont get paid *** knowing how greedy this company is. I mean how THE *** are you a million or billion or even trillion dollar company with NO ACTUAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT SYSTEM.

Hello. In Madden 26, I pulled the winter warrior and didn't receive it.
As soon as I could open the eggs, it said I didn't have it. I looked through my item binder and my unopened packs and still didn't get it. I would like it to be on my account. I have the screenshot of me pulling the egg.

My PS5 is not letting me sign in to the EA Server.
- - Opponents quit early, then play speeds up and receivers go turbo.
- - Input commands require multiple taps, and the game won't load to EA server.
So it'll say your opponent is about to quit or something like that, and it'll do that once or twice, and then once it's done doing that, everything starts going really fast. The meter for kicking the receivers is just going down the field like they're on turbo speed or something.
When I push the button to hike the ball or to click onto a player or something like that, I got to push it like three or four times. It's not working right. Something's going on here, so you guys need to really clean this up, okay? Like I said in a voice message, we spend too much money on this stuff.
You know I've been a customer since PS1. Now I'm on PS5 games and all of that, controllers, and it's too much money for us to be sitting here.
I spent money on the game to play, and I can't play the game because it's not loading up to the EA server. That's not right.

Ea server is not connected

So when I attempt to play superstar mode in madden 26 it's telling can't connect to ea server and that the data is unable to be retrieved... I've tried everything I can think of to fix this issue but nothing has worked so far.
