I got a notification from the 3rd Party Site PISSEDCONSUMER.COM that my first email on my case (#15974****) filed on this ban on 11/7/2023 was never looked at and that case was summarily CLOSED!

I have reopened my Dispute Claim (#16052****)... you made an egregious ERROR by banning my account without reason or merit, and refuse to even review my case and the EVIDENCE I have provided.

I have been an ORIGIN & EA Games consumer for decades while the two were separate entities...

and your quality of service declined to abysmal levels after your merger.

I have numerous EA Game Titles purchased on AMAZON PRIME Games, GOG.com, and STEAM that are now defunct due to this BAN... several titles were recently purchased for my Libraries for FUTURE play, that have NEVER been installed or run!

Most of my Game Libraries are interlinked and played via my GOG Galaxy Client with a few exceptions such as my MICROSOFT STORE purchase...

I have again attached the evidence of my purchases to AGAIN bolster my claim to refute this ERRONEOUS BAN and have my Account fully restored.

The CIRCLED games in the attached photos have never been installed, or played to completion (TITANFALL 2 was being played prior to the ban)!

The CHECKED games have been played to completion (MASS EFFECT 3 is the ONLY game I currently play the Multiplayer mode on)...

It all boils down to money with EA all about the mighty Dollar they don't want to pay nobody to answer phones they don't want to pay to have help for the customers that have spent not only hundreds of dollars in video games with them over the years but I've continued to support the EA in need for speed FRANCHISE ,I have been trying to get a car back (BMW MGTR) that was awarded for signing up to EA play monthly I cancelled it after first month ,then the car was erased from my cars list when volume 3 was released need for speed unbound, first time email they said oh this issue has been happening across with a lot of our players we are working on it look for your car to be back in your lineup real soon this was back in January 2023 it is now October 2023 and I still haven't seen my car volume 4 is out now and my car is nowhere to be seen I emailed them again didn't get so much as even a reply well I tried calling all the numbers that are listed 650 628-****-,650 628-**** none of these numbers work so do not call them they don't work I've tried several times ,one number sounded like somebody picked up the phone and held it to a microphone and it made this annoying sound where I could almost hear people in the background talking but that could be just me so I tried one more email with them I even found pics of my car my BMW m GTR that you had to sign up for EA online I signed up for one month I kept the car I canceled EA play because I pay for internet I can go online all I'm going to say is from the way they make video games now to the way they're releasing them EA is a company that's all about it shareholders it's all about their stock board members they do not care for you or me because if they did I mean this is just a car we're talking about in a video game that they can easily have someone put back based on all the information I've given them and it's going on a year now and they still haven't done that that's how simple my my problem is not that I'm complaining about that need for speed unbound has glitches and errors that keep coming up on my screen on my PlayStation 5 one day I can put clothes on my character one day I can't or that I can't purchase anything I want for my car it fails to do that on several occasions the game isn't perfect but it's still fun to play so I'm not complaining about all that no ,I want my car back that's all it's just about getting the person to do it they don't want to do it they don't want to do anything for you I feel like this is the way it is and if you're trying to get help from them you will find it you won't get it sadly to say EA hires outside coders to make their games then either fires them or swallows up companies like Critirion racing based game to stop making NFS 2024 for the company make games like battlefield, just hire another group of codes to make that game , why do this? Because he doesn't want to spend the money to hire another group of coders that specifically tend to games first person shooter no they rather take away from need for speed criterion who specializes in making racing games to make the new battlefield that's going to come out I don't agree with this EA is a multi-million dollar company they have more than enough money to hire another company but they want to shuffle around what they got to take away from people like us who like to play need for speed to make battlefield I don't care about battlefield it will never be what need for speed is it will never have the fan base that need for speed has this is just an example I'm using and this is information that I know to be true because I have good sources yeah the internet.
